Together we'll gather, anchor into our breath or a mantra, and savor the gift of stillness. Please drop into any 30 minute session to raise your awareness as an individual and as a community.
After each session, you'll be sure to move about your day with more ease, purpose, and awareness and acceptance of "what is."
Recommended for folks that have meditated before. If you’ve never meditated before, but want to join - I’d love to see you! Just please email me prior so I can give you some tips to enjoy the experience.
